• Design Projects (e.g., Logos, Websites Graphics): Typically, 7–10 business days from the initial consultation and required information has been provided.
• Revisions: Allow 2–3 business days per round of revisions, depending on complexity.
• The timeframe begins once all information is submitted via email.

We understand that some occasions require expedited service. Rush orders are available under the following conditions:

• Turnaround Time: 3–5 business days (or less for smaller projects).

• Additional Fee: 20–50% surcharge applied to the project total, depending on urgency and complexity.

• Availability: Subject to current workload; please confirm availability before placing a rush order.

To ensure deadlines are met, clients are expected to:

• Provide all required information, design preferences, and materials promptly.

• Respond to communication within 24–48 hours to avoid delays.

• -You are responsible for ALL wording displayed on your website; it will be your responsibility to proofread.

Failure to provide timely responses may result in an extension of the project timeline.

Delays & Extensions

• Client Delays: If clients delay providing necessary materials or approvals, the turnaround time may be extended accordingly.

• Business Delays: In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will notify you immediately and provide a revised timeline. 

Revisions Policy

• Included Revisions: Two (2) rounds of revisions are included in the project package. 

• Additional Revisions: Any additional revisions beyond the included rounds will incur a fee of $25 per revision and may extend the project timeline.

• Delivery Format: Final digital files will be provided in high-resolution formats, including JPG, and PDF. 

• Delivery Method: Files and details will be shared via email or a secure download link.

• Final Approval: Deliverables will be sent within 48–72 hours after final approval.

• Due to the custom nature of our services, 7hue Luxury Services maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once the design process has begun, all payments are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your project, we encourage you to communicate them promptly so we can make necessary adjustments within the project's scope.

Image Submission Policy

To ensure your website showcases your brand in the best possible light, all images submitted for use on your site must meet the following standards:

• High-Quality and Professional Images

  • All images must be high-resolution and professionally shot.
  • This applies to pictures of yourself, your products, and services. Blurry, pixelated, or low-quality images will not be accepted.

• Stock Photos for General Content

  • If you are unable to provide professional images, I can supply stock photos for general content needs. These images will be carefully selected to align with your brand's aesthetic.

• Responsibility for Content

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide images that meet the requirements listed above by the agreed-upon project deadline.

By adhering to this policy, we can ensure your website maintains a polished and professional appearance that resonates with your audience.
