Revisions are limited to websites, graphics, or designs created exclusively by me
I do not offer revisions or updates for designs created by other designers or third-party platforms.

Major Changes
- Significant changes outside the original scope of the project (e.g., redesigns or new features) will be treated as a new project and billed accordingly.

At 7hue Luxury Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality work within a reasonable timeframe. To ensure transparency and smooth collaboration, please review our turnaround time policy below.

1. Revision Turnaround Time

Revisions will be completed within 2-5 business days of receiving the request and being approved by graphic designer.

The timeframe begins once all information is submitted via email.
We understand that some occasions require expedited service. Rush orders are available under the following conditions:

Turnaround Time: 3–5 business days (or less for smaller projects).

Additional Fee: 20–50% surcharge applied to the project total, depending on urgency and complexity.

Availability: Subject to current workload; please confirm availability before placing a rush order.
To ensure deadlines are met, clients are expected to:

Provide all required information, design preferences, and materials promptly.

Respond to communication within 24–48 hours to avoid delays.

All revision requests must be submitted in writing (via email or project management tool) and clearly outline the changes needed.

Failure to provide timely responses may result in an extension of the project timeline.

Delays & Extensions

Client Delays: If clients delay providing necessary materials or approvals, the turnaround time may be extended accordingly.

Business Delays: In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will notify you immediately and provide a revised timeline.
Revisions Policy

Included Revisions: One (1) round of revisions is included in the project package.

Additional Revisions: Any additional revisions beyond the included rounds will incur a fee of $25 per revision and may extend the project timeline.
Delivery Method: Files and details will be shared via email or a secure download link.

Final Approval: Deliverables will be sent within 24–72 hours after final approval.
